As soon as you have been allocated to me for supervision, you should make sure you are 'Following' my blog (go to your dashboard, under 'blogs I'm following' click on 'Add', put my blog url in the address bar, click on next, and click on 'follow publicly'. Then you're done! You should then receive all my posts via your dashboard, but the link should also be on your front page - check your design settings if it doesn't.
